Payment methods

If you chose the option at the end of the order:

  • PAYMENT BY COLLECTION


You pay when the package arrives at your address.
  • PAYMENT BY INVOICE OR AIRCASH

Contact us on our Instagram profile to send you payment information.

Delivery

  • DELIVERY TO ZAGREB

If you have ordered a package and are in Zagreb. Our delivery person will contact you within 1-3 working days for all information regarding delivery.
Delivery is made every working day between 18-22h.
  • DELIVERY TO CROATIA

If you ordered the package and are in Croatia. We send the package the next working day. When the package arrives at your place, the delivery person will contact you with a message to your mobile phone number with the time of delivery of the package.
We send the package by GLS
The package delivery time is 1-3 working days.
  • EXTRAORDINARY SAME DAY DELIVERY

We offer you the possibility of sending by bus on the same day with payment to the account, in this case we consider it as urgent delivery and the delivery is charged €10.

  • DELIVERY ABROAD

If you are abroad, you must pay the full amount of the package and delivery in advance. If you have ordered a package, send a message to our Instagram profile so that we can send you payment information.
The shipping price is different for all countries.
The package delivery time is 5-10 working days, depending on which country you are in.

Postage

  • UNDER €120 postage is fixed at €7.50.
  • Above €120 postage is FREE.

Exchange and return

REPLACEMENT

• Exchange for yeezy is charged €20.

  • We do the exchange only within 48 hours from the moment of delivery of the package. If you do not exchange within that period, the exchange is no longer valid, regardless of whose fault it is.

  • If there was a mistake on our part when sending the package, we bear all the replacement costs.
  • If you chose the items yourself, i.e. size, color... you bear the costs.

  • We exchange for the same item.

  • You send us the package you are changing by mail (HP EXPRESS option), take a picture of the information we send you and send us a confirmation on Instagram. When the package arrives, we check it and if everything is fine with the returned package, we notify you and order a replacement.

RETURN

  • We do not do returns.
*We only work in emergency situations if it was our fault. When you return the package, you will be paid the money.
